Daniel joined Rives Construction in 1999 and currently serves as its president and chief operating officer. He is an active member of the Birmingham community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Center for Executive Leadership. He has previous experience serving on boards and committees at Mountain Brook Community Church, the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s Department of Athletics, Associated Builders and Contractors, Children’s Hospital, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Vestavia Country Club. Daniel graduated from Auburn University in 1999 and holds a B.S. in building construction.

Brad joined Rives construction in 2002 and currently serves as senior vice president of the company.  Brad also currently serves on the executive board for the Academy of Craft Training, is a board member of BigTime Ministries, a member of the Church Council at Canterbury United Methodist Church and Chairman for United Way’s 2021 Fundraising-Contractors Division.  He also was recognized as a one of the Top 40 Under 40 by the Birmingham Business Journal and AGC Alabama in 2018.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce & business administration, finance with a concentration on commercial real estate from the University of Alabama, as well as a master’s degree in building construction from Auburn University.

Cory joined Rives Construction in 2003 and currently serves as a project manager for the company. Cory was recognized as a top 40 Under 40 in construction by the AGC of Alabama in 2018. Cory also serves bi-vocationally as the Pastor for a local church. He has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in building science from Auburn University and a master’s degree in biblical studies from Birmingham Theological Seminary.

Chris joined Rives Construction in 2007 and currently serves as a project manager for the company. He has more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and entrepreneurship from the University of Alabama

Drake joined Rives construction in 2017 and currently serves as a project manager for the company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management and a master’s degree in business management, both from the University of Florida. Drake was named to the AGC Alabama Top 40 Under 40 in 2026.

Jack brings more than five years of project management experience to his role at Rives Construction. His experience includes mission critical construction and healthcare projects.

Jimmy joined Rives Construction in 2010 and currently serves as a controller for the company. He has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Auburn University.

Casey joined Rives in 2013 and currently serves as an assistant project manager for the company. She has more than eight years in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama.

Ryan joined Rives Construction in 2013 and currently serves as an estimator for the company. He has been involved in the construction industry for more than 20 years and holds degrees in business administration and building science from Mississippi State University and Auburn University, respectively.

Blair joined Rives Construction in 2018 and currently serves as a project manager for the company. He has more than five years of experience in the construction industry and holds a master’s degree in construction engineering management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Howard joined Rives Construction in 2011 and currently serves as a project manager for the company. He has 26 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a degree in building science from Auburn University.

Brad joined Rives Construction in 2009 and currently serves as an estimator for the company. He has 33 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in building construction from Auburn University.

David joined Rives Construction in 2019 and currently serves as a project manager for the company. He has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in building science from Auburn University.

Felicia joined Rives Construction in 2018 and currently serves as the company’s receptionist. She holds an associate’s degree from Southern Union.

Michael joined Rives in 2013 and currently serves as a project manager for the company. He has 25 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in building science from Auburn University.

Jason joined Rives Construction in 2017 and currently serves as an estimator for the company. He has more than 30 years of experience and has served in multiple estimator roles.

Ray joined Rives Construction and currently serves as the safety director for the company. He has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree from Samford University. Ray is also a graduate of the Birmingham School of Law.

Edie plays a crucial role in supporting Rives’ operations and project managers. She is a valuable member of our team, with 24 years of experience in the construction industry. Edie attended the University of Memphis and Casper College.

Lance joined Rives Construction in 2015 and currently serves as a project manager for the company. He has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in building construction from Auburn University.

Roger joined Rives Construction in 2014 and currently serves as a project manager for the company. He has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a bachelor’s degree in building construction from Auburn University.
