Yachiyo Manufacturing of Alabama

Our team completed this multi-phased automotive production facility to include the development of 35 acres of previously undeveloped land as well as the construction of approximately 78,000 square feet of office space and fully automated robotic parts production facilities. The land development was performed in a joint effort with the State of Alabama, and the construction of the project was completed as a joint venture. We operated as the general contractor to provide both construction and pre-construction services, including working with the design team in a design-assist role.
