Our team was thrilled to equip the historic Merchants Building, one of downtown Mobile's most prominent spaces, to house one of Hand Arendall, LCC's firm locations. As with any historical redevelopment, we worked hard to meet all revitalization requirements and worked closely with project stakeholders to ensure the renovated space perfectly captured their vision. Our team is proud of this unique project and the city-wide buy-in it received as we worked together to preserve this historic piece of Mobile.
